Shipping and Returns

Everything is printed after you order it, so the windows below cover make time and transit together. All ranges are business days from the day you order to the day it lands.

Shipping

United States

• Standard, $5.99: 5 to 9 business days. Free once your items total $60 or more.
• Rush, $20: 4 to 8 business days.

Rush can be added at checkout, or afterward from your order history as long as the order has not gone to print yet.

International

We ship worldwide. International orders go out standard and then wait on customs, so allow extra days past the US window. Import duties and taxes are set by your country and paid by the person receiving the package.

Tracking

You get an email with tracking as soon as the label scans. You can also check anytime at track-order or in your order history.

Split shipments

Orders with several items are sometimes printed in different facilities and arrive on different days. Each package gets its own tracking.

Returns and exchanges

You have 90 days from delivery to return or exchange anything. If the mistake is ours the return label is on us; if you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, return shipping is yours to cover. Email support@matchkicks.com with your order number to start one.
